🚫 Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a solution (reshipment, refund, or replacement).


📍 Address Errors

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize there's an error, contact us as soon as possible — before the order ships — so we can correct it.
